The apartment features a very spacious living room (approximately 50 square meters), which can be divided if needed, a bedroom, and a shower with a toilet.
The apartment is not fully accessible, but has features that make it relatively easy to navigate. The walls are currently unpainted and can be decorated according to your preferences.
Heating costs are billed separately (gas heating). We particularly welcome applicants who enjoy gardening.
Inquiries are accepted for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment is available immediately. It may be possible for the job center to cover some of the costs.

A contribution towards renovation costs may be possible, depending on individual agreement and proof of purchase of materials.
