Renovation-required terraced house

This centrally located terraced house is available for rent at a reduced price to a family with handyman skills.

The house has a lot of potential, but some of the bedrooms require renovation by the tenant (laying PVC flooring, painting walls and ceilings). The landlord will provide and pay for the materials. In exchange, the tenant will be responsible for carrying out the work themselves upon moving in. If the work is completed professionally, the tenant will receive a rent reduction of €200 per month for a period of 2 years.

Some rooms (kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, and 2 bedrooms) are in good condition and only require minor touch-up painting. Unfortunately, 2 bedrooms were not well maintained by the previous occupants and require renovation (new flooring, painting of walls and ceilings).
