House Rules / Regulations

To ensure a pleasant stay for all residents, the following house rules apply:

Quiet Hours:
* Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and end at 7:00 AM.
* During this time, loud conversations, music, televisions played at high volume, and other disturbing noises should be avoided.
* Residents should always be considerate of their neighbors and fellow tenants.

Shared Kitchen:
* The shared kitchen must be left clean after each use.
* Used dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils should be cleaned and put away promptly.
* Food should be stored properly and kept in a way that is considerate of other users.

Cleanliness:
* Rooms should be treated with care and kept clean.
* Trash should be disposed of regularly.
* Any damage or defects should be reported immediately.

Visitors:
* Occasional visits are welcome.
* Overnight guests are only permitted with prior arrangement.
* The tenant is responsible for the behavior of their visitors.

Smoking:
* Smoking is not permitted inside the building or in the rooms.
* Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor areas.
* Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. Safety • Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the room. • The front door must always be carefully locked. • Open flames, candles, or other sources of ignition are not permitted. Pets • Pets are only allowed with prior written consent from the landlord. Internet Usage • The Wi-Fi may only be used for legal purposes. • Illegal downloads, copyright infringement, or other unlawful activities are prohibited. Parking • Designated parking spaces may only be used by authorized vehicles. • All applicable traffic and safety regulations on the property must be observed. General • The furniture and equipment must be treated with care. • The tenant is liable for damages caused intentionally or negligently. • Repeated or significant violations of the house rules may result in termination of the lease. By renting the accommodation, the tenant acknowledges these house rules. The accommodation is exclusively intended for the registered person. Subletting or transfer to third parties is not permitted.
