Our cozy 2-room apartment is conveniently located and quiet, on the 6th and top floor. We have focused on creating an individual and high-quality interior. Here, you will live in a bright and modern space with a magnificent view over the Olympic Park and the BMW buildings, all the way to the Zugspitze mountain on a clear day.

The apartment features a comfortable corner sofa where you can relax, read, and watch TV, while also enjoying the sunset over the world-famous roof structure of the Olympic Stadium. If you want to listen to your own music, you can easily access a Sonos speaker via the free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, featuring appliances from renowned manufacturers, including a Bora cooktop and a Siemens dishwasher. If needed, we can also provide a microwave and an electric grill for the balcony. The bathroom has a window and features a large walk-in shower and a towel heater. You will also find a Bosch washing machine and dryer here. For a restful night's sleep, the apartment includes a large, comfortable bed (1.80 x 2 meters). The blinds can be easily operated electrically, just like in the rest of the apartment.

A small Turkish grocery store is located directly across the street, and larger supermarkets (Penny, Rewe) are just a few hundred meters away.
Every Friday, the Milbertshofener weekly market takes place, where you can buy great regional products.

For a bit more excitement, you can simply take the tram or subway for one or two stops towards Schwabing...

Getting Around Near the Accommodation:

The nearest subway station (Petuelpark U3 / Tram 27 / many buses) is a 3-minute walk away, and the journey to Marienplatz or the main train station via Schwabing takes just under 10 minutes.
