"Blankenburger 12" Housing Cooperative.

The cooperative is developing a new construction project north of the palace park in Pankow-Niederschönhausen. A side street leading to Blankenburger Straße provides direct access to the park. The project, located on a 663m² plot, includes a main building with 6 floors and a garden house with 2 floors. The main building aligns with the building line of the neighboring buildings on Blankenburger Straße. The apartments in the main building are oriented south, towards the garden. The garden will be used communally. Interested parties can contribute their ideas to the floor plan and design.

Bike parking spaces are planned in the basement and in the garden. The building will be designed for energy efficiency, meeting KfW 40 standards for improved insulation.

The cooperative has the legal form of a GbR (a civil law partnership). Interested parties apply for membership after informational meetings and discussions with the cooperative.

The property is located on Blankenburger Straße, in a 30 km/h zone established due to the proximity of the "Marie-Christine" elementary school, which is located almost directly across the street.

The planned apartments are oriented towards the quiet, sunny side, overlooking the palace park. Within a 500-meter radius of the property, you will find: an elementary school, a secondary school, several kindergartens, multiple tram and bus stops, a medical center, a Denn's organic market, Rewe and Penny supermarkets, Mc Paper, Rossmann drugstore, several cafes and restaurants, a cinema, the palace park, and much more. Thanks to the nearby bus and tram stops, the Pankow S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are just a few minutes away – whether by public transport or by bicycle through the palace park. From there, you can reach City Ost and City West directly, without any transfers.
