This is a fantastic location for such a small village. With a lot of energy and even more capital, the renovation has begun. The plaster has been removed from all the walls, the electrical wiring is already installed within the walls, and a new Viessmann gas heating system with 36 kW has been installed and certified. There are large quantities of new building materials on site. The floors have been renewed, all the windows have been replaced, and the roof has been completed. The apartment on the ground floor is 136 square meters and is currently wired as a single apartment. However, given the current state of renovation, it could easily be converted into two 2-room apartments. On the upper floor, there are two 2-room apartments, one of 62 square meters and the other of 65 square meters. Meuro is a district of Bad Schmiedeberg, and it has everything you need: gas stations, hardware stores, shopping facilities, doctors, and schools. It's a beautiful, rural area with friendly neighbors, and if I were a bit fitter, I could probably throw a stone from my window and hit the lake.
