Swiss-style house, Lindau district, near Waldsee, no commission fees.

The house – built in 1936 in the Swiss chalet style by a Swiss national – can be used as a single-family home, but also features three apartments, each with its own kitchen and bathrooms. An outdoor sauna (with interior cladding made of Swiss stone pine) with a water basin fed by a rainwater cistern is located next to the bathroom on the ground floor.

A photovoltaic system on the roof largely covers the energy needs of the house, the sauna, and a car.

From the house, there are views of the Nagelfluh mountain range and the town with its picturesque church towers.

The attic is currently furnished and rented out on a temporary basis for €700 per month to two women from Ukraine.

The house is located on the outskirts of Lindenberg in the Allgäu region and is just a few hundred meters from the idyllic Waldsee lake, a variety of shops, a secondary school (Gymnasium), and primary schools and kindergartens.

Unlike Lindau, Lindenberg enjoys a location with very little fog and up to 2,500 hours of sunshine per year. This is one of the highest figures in Germany. Scheidegg and Lindenberg are also known as the "sun terrace" of Lake Constance due to their sunny location.

The Liebherr company is easily accessible on foot or by bike in just a few minutes.

All types of schools, kindergartens, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and doctors' offices are within a few minutes' walk.
