We are renting out this bright apartment starting July 1st, 2026, or later by arrangement.
The apartment underwent extensive renovations in the electrical, kitchen, and bathroom areas around 2021.
The kitchen, which features a high-quality fitted kitchen (see photos), leads to the balcony. The balcony faces northwest and overlooks the courtyard.
The rooms are of varying sizes (approximately 9, 15, and 21 square meters), making them less suitable for a group of three students, although there are other student groups living in the building.

The fitted kitchen unit, including the stove and refrigerator (with freezer), will remain in the kitchen. The cost of the kitchen unit is included in the rent.
The bathroom has a bathtub and plenty of natural light.

The well-maintained apartment building is located in the southeastern part of the city center, close to City Park and the Scheck-In shopping center.
Residents can easily reach the city center, the university, and the train station by tram, bicycle, or on foot.
A one-way street runs in front of the building, resulting in relatively little traffic and noise.
