HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE, AND ENERGY-EFFICIENT CONSTRUCTION:
SUSTAINABLE AND COST-EFFECTIVE: WOOD-HYBRID CONSTRUCTION
The buildings are constructed using a wood-hybrid method, which utilizes wood from sustainable forestry. Prefabricated modules and individual elements of the houses are delivered by truck and assembled directly on the construction site. This ensures good fire safety characteristics, as well as short construction times and predictable costs.
MEETS ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS
All buildings meet the KfW energy efficiency standard 40 in order to obtain the "Sustainable Building" quality seal (QNG). The buildings feature excellent insulation, and the ventilation system provides demand-controlled supply and exhaust ventilation to ensure a healthy living environment. A GOOD MIX OF RENTING AND OWNERSHIP
For your apartment, you pay a regular monthly usage fee and are protected from termination due to the owner's own needs for the long term. FOR THIS APARTMENT, THE FEE IS €768.25 PER MONTH FOR THE NEXT 30 YEARS. AFTER THAT, THE ASSOCIATION WILL HAVE PAID OFF ITS LOAN, AND THE MONTHLY FEE WILL BE REDUCED BY APPROXIMATELY 80%.
