For personal reasons, we are selling our nearly new townhouse, built in 2017, in the northern part of Lich's city center. Location
Lich is known and loved for its picturesque town center with many half-timbered houses and, of course, for its beer from the heart of nature. There are numerous stores and restaurants in the town center. Lich generally has a very good infrastructure. The A5 Frankfurt-Kassel and A45 Hanau-Dortmund highways are just a few minutes away. There are three schools for grades 1-10 and five kindergartens in the town center. Giessen can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of leisure and sports activities in Lich, for example a new modern golf course.
Micro-location: The property is located in the second row at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. To the rear, the property borders a small forest. Quiet, middle-aged neighbors live in the directly adjacent houses. There are many young families with children in the front area of the street.
